Responsibilities of the Merchant

AGREEMENT VALIDITY

This agreement is valid for the specified period stated above.Renewal or extension of the advertisement space shall be subject to a new agreement mutually agreed upon by both parties.

PAYMENT TERMS

The advertisement space provided under this agreement is offered in exchange for the payment terms specified in the attached invoice or annex.This agreement constitutes a paid (free) advertising arrangement.The Advertiser acknowledges that the advertisement space is being provided as a commercial service by the Publisher.

The Advertiser acknowledges that this offer is provided as a one-time promotional opportunity at the discretion of the Publisher.
